Telemetry collected during system operations is strictly limited to performance metadata (latency vectors, CPU cycles, memory allocation) required to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. Artificial Intelligence Training
Under no circumstances does Radixmatrix use Client Data, inputs, outputs, or vector embeddings to train, fine-tune, or improve our base foundational models, nor do we permit third-party API providers to do so. Your AI data is mathematically isolated.
3. B2B Communications
When you initiate contact via our forms, we store your corporate designation and inquiry details strictly for the purpose of technical consultation. This data is housed in SOC-2 compliant secure environments and is never sold to third-party data brokers.
4. Global Compliance Standards
We process data in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Clients retain total ownership of their data pipelines and may execute a full Data Deletion Request at any time to securely erase their localized instances.
